Well I know I've been gone for awhile but I've finally decided to really dedicate myself to losing weight. I'm not on a diet, however, I'm watching how much I put on my plate-so basically I'm not stuffing myself silly. I've switched from Coke to Diet Coke-I'm not ready to give that up and I've started exercising pretty much every day. Last month I weighed 166 and this morning I weigh 163 lbs!! I'm so excited oh and I've also been drinking a lot more water and yesterday was the first day I drank 8 glasses of water.

Thank you ladies, and yes I'm very proud of myself. There are days when I don't feel like working out but I tell myself that it will be worth it in the end and that I'll feel better about myself.
Awesome job on the 3 pound loss! I know it is so hard to stay on track eating healthier. I have been on and off for awhile now but trying to stay on again without making myself too crazy! :) Good Luck!!!
