This was my first week of really getting back into the swing of things. Monday was my first day of working out in a long, long, time. I know every year a lot of people (myself included) choose loosing weight as their New Year resolution. But this year is the year that I'm really going to get back into shape; not so much as losing weight but more of losing inches and just feeling and looking healthy. But as some of you may know I also worked out Wed., and Thurs. Oh and by Thurs. I was a little sore but considering the workout my trainer gave me it wasn't like I couldn't move the next day. I was sore but not miserable so that's good.
And now I'm at the start of another week and I'm going to keep going to the gym at least 3 times a week even if I don't want to and feel lazy I will go 3 times no matter what. Hope y'all have had a good weekend.
